Waypoint Interactive is a tech start-up focused on making technology a human right for the disability community. Their flagship product, Navigating Life®, is a private social network that connects families with their loved ones in care programs, offering real-time updates and transparency. It also helps human services agencies and clinicians track data, send messages, and ditch the paperwork—all in one easy-to-use platform.

As the lead designer, I conducted user research to understand pain points and used those insights to drive updates that directly addressed the needs of families and service providers. I also contributed to the overall brand and design, ensuring that the product and its marketing campaigns felt cohesive and user-centered.
