Navigating Life App

Human services programs have long lacked modern tools for communication and documentation, leaving families disconnected and providers overwhelmed. Navigating Life® was created to change that. As a private social network, it bridges the gap between families and loved ones in care programs while giving human services agencies and clinicians the tools they need to track data, communicate, and move beyond outdated paperwork. As the lead designer, I spearheaded the product’s UX and visual direction by conducting user research and translating insights into meaningful updates that addressed the real needs of each unique audience the app serves.

Quit the Old Way of Working

The “Quit the Old Way of Working” awareness campaign pushed the boundaries of conventional human services advertising with an Office Space-inspired production that takes the routine office tasks of human services professionals and burns them to the ground - quite literally. I knew all my old papers and binders from school would come in handy one day…

(yes, we obtained a fire permit, and yes, the police still showed up and almost ruined the shot.)
